Update on Augustino Godfrey's Court Case
Published 27 July 2014
We are saddened that the case against Augustino still stands and the court have decided that he has a case to answer. There has not been a full court appearance since the case was brought in late 2012. It seems that every month the court hearing is postponed for a wide variety of reasons. This uncertainty is causing the whole family a lot of stress and Augustino's wife has developed heart problems and high blood pressure. We pray that the case will be dropped and that Augustino will not be used as a scapegoat for someone else's mistake. We pray that he will be reinstated fully to his job and that all his back-dated pay will be given to him. Dare we ask for such a bold thing? Yes indeed as we believe that our God is the God of the impossible.
