Visits to Tanzania
Published 07 September 2013
We are pleased that a number of supporters will be visiting Tanzania over the next few months. At the end of August Peter and Rosalind and two friends will visit. They aim to spend time at the School, helping with lessons and possibly teaching the teachers. Peter and Rosalind are also planning to visit Dodoma (where Peter was born)and possibly visiting the hospital in Dar where the anaesthetic equipment which was sent to the Arusha Clinic is now being used. At the end of September, Martin Grosvenor and his brother will visit Arusha for 2 weeks to re-establish contacts and investigate openings for new projects. They will also prepare the way for a possible UK school visit in summer 2014. Then in October a headteacher and her husband will visit Tuishime School as part of the British Council school's exchange programme. I am sure that these visits will be a great encouragement to our friends in Tanzania and further the work that Hope for Tanzania is involved in.
