Update on Recent News

A lot has happened over the last few weeks. Early September saw a visit of 4 people to Tanzania when they spent time at the Tuishime School,went on safari and travelled to Dodoma. A full report will be placed on the website in due course. At the end of September a fundraising concert was held in Duffield. It was a tremendous evening with wonderful choral music from the Duffield Singers, Tanzanian food and a short talk about the work Hope for Tanzania is involved with. We await notification of the final amount that was raised. The concert was videoed and an edited video will be put on the website before the end of the year. On the following day Martin Grosvenor and his brother Jez flew to Nairobi before taking the bus to Arusha. There they spent a lot of time at the school, visited many people and made investigations into new projects as well as attending a microfinance group meeting at which Martin made a substantial donation on behalf of the charity. A full report from this trip will appear on the website. We are thankful to God for safety in all our travels and a deep knowledge that we were working for him despite being in some difficult situations. Thank you for your prayers.
