Hope for Tanzania

President John Pombe Magufuli

Added 28 March 2016

Pray that the president will have the energy to keep pushing reforms through the government and that he will receive wisdom from God in making decisions and developing strategy. Pray that he will continue to receive support from his CCM party as well as from the opposition so that the path to progress can be quickly travelled. Pray that Tanzania will be blessed with prosperity and peace, that the high unemployment rate will decrease and the standard of living of people will rise. Pray that the country will continue to allow full religious freedom for people of all faiths and that the president will be effective in countering any push for the establishment of sharia law, even in Zanzibar.
